Terms of Service
Please read before commissioning!Do not claim my art as your own.
I own full copyright of all of my artwork.

I will update all commission information on my waitlist! If you are curious about the status or the deadline of your commission, please check out my Trello page linked "waitlist" on this commission information page!Please be wary that there might be other people also waiting for their commission, so please be patient!If there is a deadline, please notify me before payment! I will charge $20 fee for rush order!I will decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable with either the order or for rude, intolerable behavior.-
PAYMENT
I accept PayPal only!
Full payment upfront! Unless the commissioned art is $50 or above. Then payment is split half upfront and half after the finished product. After all the commission details have been discussed! I will send the invoice.If the invoice isn't paid within three days after it was sent, the commission will get cancelled! So please be ready.After payment, I will let the client know when I have started and finished the sketch. The sketch will be sent for approval for any necessary changes.
I will send the client digital photos of the commission process, this way the colors and the scale can clearly seen.REFUND POLICY
I will only refund if the client have not received their commissioned art after 5 weeks from payment.
Or if I feel the need to cancel. (The deadline date is written on my Trello page, I can inform you if asked!)So please be sure before ordering!I will not refund if the customer is unsatisfied with the final product. <-----That said, after the finished product, I will only allow two free revision. Whether it will be a color, minor changes, or facial expression edit, I will do. However, I cannot allow major changes like completely changing the pose after the finished product.This is why the sketch process is important!-
The customer must provide clear references of what I will be drawing. So please have them ready!I mostly create private/personal use commissions.You don't have to credit me if shared publicly, just please don't claim ownership of my work. :-(All commissioned art can be posted on my social media (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, etc.), please mention if you are uncomfortable with me sharing your commission.Reminder that my art style is my art style! Characters in other art styles in mines could look different! I will still do my best to replicate the character itself, not the art style!Thank you for reaching the bottom! 💗

After a conclusion of the commission details, I will ask for the full payment upfront. Unless total is $50 and above, I will split payments. Half first and after the piece is finished. (Read TOS if you haven't already about payment and refund information!!)
I will start the sketch after payment and send you the finished sketch for approval. (with color approval too later..)After sketch approval, I will complete your commission within the span of 1-5 weeks. (The end of the 5th week is the deadline.)After you received the final product, you are given two revisions if there are any changes you'd want to make.CONCLUSION
Once the commission is fully completed, I will send you an email with the completed work! The email will be the concluding factor of the process!I will try to be as communicative and open as possible! Feel free to message me as I will also message you back regarding your commission!

FULL-BODY : $45 USD ( +$32 per character)
HALF-BODY : $35 USD ( +$25 per character)
HEADSHOT : $20 USD (+$14 per character)-◇ All backgrounds will be simple with some pizazz at no cost, if asked for a custom background, I will charge a $20 background fee.◇ A Headshot in my art includes the head and shoulders, a Halfbody is without legs.
